Shipping Policy
- All returned merchandise must have a return authorization (RMA) number. All 1-866-587-4661 to obtain an RMA number.
- Returned merchandise purchased on-line and not by bid or quote, will be shipped with ground freight prepaid by us. To arrange a return,
call us toll free 866-587-4661 to arrange for an RMA number. We will provide a shipping slip that is to be attached to the return carton. Any damages
to the product will be deducted from the refund. Returns of open carton or product used must be returned within 30 days. Any unopened, unused
Jotto Cargo Slide merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from purchase date. Partial order returns do not qualify. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for
prepaid return freight. Merchandise returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be refused.
